Zusammenfassung:
The article highlights the specificity of interpersonal conflicts in general educational schools. It has been
stated that the conflict is a clash of interests, views, thinking and perception that differ from each other; conflict leads to sharp disputes, to the loss of peace and harmony. Intrapersonal, interpersonal, intragroup and intergroup conflicts are distinguished. It has been noted that conflicts can have different manifestations, namely: hidden state of dissatisfaction, open confrontation and passive protest. Conflict boundaries are limits of the conflict; can be subjective, spatial and temporal. Special attention has been paid to the phases of interpersonal conflict, which include the latent, demonstrative, aggressive and combat phases. The causes of the conflict are characterized, namely, peculiar contradiction that causes it. The principles of overcoming conflicts have been defined: win-win, win-loss and loss-loss. It has been proven that interpersonal conflicts have both negative and positive results.
