Abstract

The proposed article is dedicated to basic techniques and training tools depending on purpose o f the lesson and its content, type o f educational institution; ability to direct a study process to the formation o f national clerisy. To manage the implementation o f these objectives it is necessary to develop education on the basis o f a new progressive concepts, introduce modem technologies and scientific achievements into the process o f development a talented person capable to act independently and take decisions in a variety o f situations.
