Physical properties of CdFeP2S6 as a new material for spintronic devices

Abstract

The temperature dependence of the dielectric spectra of CdFeP2S6 crystals is presented for the first time. It is shown that in the temperature range of 200-300 K, a relaxation change in the temperature-frequency dependence of the dielectric permittivity is observed. Partial replacement of Cd with Fe significantly affects the Raman spectra of CdFeP2S6 crystals compared to Cd2P2S6.
