The article examines the psychological and pedagogical aspects of the development of a teacher's communicative culture as a key factor in effective professional activity. The emphasis is on the importance of empathy, emotional intelligence, self-reflection and the ability to constructive dialogue in the educational process. The conditions for the formation of a teacher's communicative competence in interaction with students, colleagues and parents are analyzed. Pedagogical strategies that contribute to the improvement of communicative culture in the conditions of modern education are outlined.
