dc.description.abstract | The modern world is characterized by a high intensity of social interactions, which is inevitably accompanied by the emergence of interpersonal conflicts. These conflicts, depending on the method of their regulation, can have both destructive and constructive effects on relationships between people. One of the key factors determining the effectiveness of resolving such situations is emotional intelligence (EI) - the ability to recognize, interpret and regulate emotions, both one's own and those of others. This article considers EI as a determinant of interpersonal conflict regulation, analyses its structural components and practical significance in the context of social interaction. | uk_UA |
