Abstract

The relevance of the study is due to the need to find ways to ensure high-quality interaction between a doctor and a patient in the context of a medical professional's communicative tolerance. The purpose of the study was to determine the psychological characteristics of the interpersonal relationship between a doctor and his/her patients.Актуальність дослідження зумовлена ​​необхідністю пошуку шляхів забезпечення якісна взаємодія лікаря і пацієнта в контексті a комунікативна толерантність медичного працівника.
