dc.description.abstract	The main trends of continuous learning are considered in the article. The necessity of adaptation of the society to the dynamics of information processes is highlighted, and therefore the importance of innovative development of the modern educational industry is emphasized. The practice of organizing library work on the introduction of remote services and the latest services of free access to information resources is analyzed. The importance of implementing a model of open education in which libraries become nodes that connect the local learning system with global information and knowledge resources through open access to information resources is substantiated.	en_US
