Abstract

The article examines the features of entrepreneurial activity transformation under crisis and wartime conditions. The main factors influencing changes in strategic and operational business management are analyzed. It is noted that in the context of economic instability, entrepreneurs are forced to adapt their business models, optimize costs, and reorient toward new market segments. The study highlights the decline in investment availability, which limits innovative development, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises. Key trends in personnel policy changes are identified, including the growing relevance of remote work and the need for technological competencies. Particular attention is paid to shifts in consumer demand structure, which create new opportunities for business development. The findings emphasize the importance of flexibility and rapid adaptation of entrepreneurial structures to the dynamic conditions of crisis and wartime environments.
