The article reveals the essence of the interpretation of the phenomenon “artistic and creative competency” and the activity approach to its formation in the context of the new edition of the Basic Component of Preschool Education.У статті розкрито сутність феномену та розглянуто трактування поняття «мистецько-творча компетентність», запропоновано діяльнісний підхід до її формування у контексті нової редакції Базового компоненту дошкільної освіти.
