The article substantiates an integrated model ot creative vocabulary instruction that combines six complementary techniques: pic-ture-based lexica/ mapping, dingbat and rebus puzzles, micrography and macrophotography as precision-description triggers, catchphrase- style guessing games, live-senses description cards, and metaphorical association cards. The essence of such concepts as multimodal learning depth of lexical knowledge, affective filter, intercultural communicative competence, and student-centered learning is revealed. The main attention is focused on the theoretical and methodological principles underlying the model: it is shown that combining verbal and visual coding of information (Paivio's Dual Coding Theory), deeper processing of lexical material (Nation's principles of vocabulary depth), lowering the affective filter (Krashen's hypothesis), and developing the competencies of interpreting and relating (Byram's model) together create the conditions for forming not only receptive but also productive, culturally sensitive vocabulary. The structure of an integrated 90-minute lesson that consistently combines receptive and productive stages of lexical processing is presented, together with formative-assessment criteria: a word-association rubric, peer-description obser-vation logs, reflective metaphor journals, and portfolios of student-created materials. Based on an analysis of domestic and international psychological-pedagogical literature, including empirical studies published between 2019 and 2025, the practical expediency of implementing the proposed model in the educational process of higher education institutions is substantiated. It is also noted that the concept of the research is ensured by the unity of methodological, theo-retical, and methodical aspects and is oriented toward preparing competitive specialists capable of effective intercultural communication in a glo-balized educational space. Within the scope of the research, the issue of establishing managerial interaction among leaders of tourism and hotel-restaurant enterprises, as well as shaping their effective influence on subordinates, was examined. In addition, the research considered conditions in which in which there is a prevailing orientation toward the extensive use of natural resources, alongside a simultaneous aspiration for integration into the European economic space, where sustainable development is a priority. This paper intends to identify a model that can serve as a tool for ensuring leadership in sustainable development through the integration of individual leaders’ perceptions of the desired state of the enterprise into a shared vision. This implies that this vision iscommunicated across the strategic, coordination, and operational levels, while also balancing and enabling effective managerial interaction among its leaders. This research defines optimal paths for achieving leadership in the field of sustainable development of tourism and hotel-restaurant enterprises. These results are explained by the following: – integration of leaders’ interests into a shared strategic vision allows for the coordination of their actions at all levels of interaction; – formalizing the relationship between leaders’ influences and sustainable development outcomes demonstrates the effectiveness of coalition proposals and their contribution to enhancing the significance of the Triple Bottom Line; – translating the vision of sustainable development into specific managerial actions ensures a consistent increase in Triple Bottom Line indicators even under imperfect conditions. The results can be implemented in organizational management, but under conditions where tourism and hotel-restaurant enter- prises have formalized leader coalitions and their owners demonstrate a readiness to integrate sustainable development principles into their operations. Такі зміни зумовлюють потребу в адаптації бухгалтерського обліку до нових умов функціонування економіки, оскільки традиційні підходи до організації облікових процесів не забезпечують належного рівня оперативності, достовірності, інформаційної безпеки та підтримки управлінських рішень в умовах воєнних викликів. Мета статті полягає у визначенні напрямів адаптації бухгалтерського обліку до умов повномасштабної війни на основі використання сучасних інформаційних технологій. Гіпотеза дослідження ґрунтується на припущенні, що цифрові технології є ключовим інструментом трансформації бухгалтерського обліку, здатним забезпечити попередження, мінімізацію та подолання наслідків воєнних загроз для підприємств. Систематизовано основні напрями впливу повномасштабної війни на економіку та діяльність підприємств, серед яких руйнування активів і бізнесу, компенсація воєнних збитків, забезпечення прозорості, кіберзагрози, релокація бізнесу, воєнні ризики, дистанційні електронні комунікації та гібридні загрози. Визначено відповідні напрями цифрової трансформації бухгалтерського обліку, що передбачають використання технологій штучного інтелекту для оцінки воєнних збитків, блокчейну для забезпечення цілісності облікової інформації, хмарних сервісів для підтримки безперервності облікових процесів, електронного документообігу та державних цифрових сервісів для автоматизації інформаційної взаємодії, технологій Інтернету речей для автоматизованого документування господарських операцій, а також дистанційних комунікацій і програмно-технічного аутсорсингу для організації роботи облікового персоналу в умовах воєнних ризиків. Запропоновані підходи сприяють підвищенню достовірності облікової інформації, посиленню інформаційної безпеки, забезпеченню безперервності діяльності підприємств та ефективнішому інформаційному забезпеченню процесів управління й відновлення бізнесу в умовах повномасштабної війни.
